The return must be accompanied by the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return.

Items that are marked as final sale, flash sale, or style steal are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes all accessories, bodysuits and intimates, jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, makeup, handbags, belts, fashion face coverings, and swim items.

To initiate a return, visit the VICI Returns Center and enter your email address. You will be sent a link to your Order History where you can select the eligible items you would like to return. Once you complete the returns process, a Packing Slip and Prepaid UPS Return Label will be emailed to you. Print out the label and send your package back.

Once the return is delivered to the VICI warehouse, it takes 3-5 business days for the team to process. You will receive an E-Gift Card with store credit within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return.

International, APO & PO Box Addresses

For international purchases, Puerto Rico addresses, APO addresses, and PO box addresses, VICI does not cover return shipping. Send your return to the VICI warehouse at 2200 Courage Drive, 20018 Sedriano MI Italy, including your invoice and eligible items in the return package, and obtain tracking for your records.

Once the return is delivered to the warehouse, it takes 3-5 business days for the team to process, and you will receive an E-Gift Card with store credit. VICI is unable to process exchanges for international orders.
