Eligibility for Return
Customers are welcome to return any product, except for those falling under the following categories:
- Products that were altered or manufactured based on customer instructions, such as items with engraved packaging.
- Items that cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons, including open beauty products and other goods that come in direct contact with the skin.
Additionally, once an item has been gift-wrapped or ecologically wrapped, it cannot be returned, as the wrapping service has already been provided.
Responsibility for Product Value Reduction
We remind our customers that according to the law, they are responsible for any reduction in product value resulting from the use of products beyond what is necessary to familiarize oneself with their properties and functionality. For example, if a fragrance is used extensively after testing, only a proportional part of the price can be reimbursed.
Withdrawal Process

If any free items (“gifts”) were received with the original purchase, they must also be returned.
Reimbursement: We will reimburse the purchase price of the goods within 14 days from the day of withdrawal, or once the goods are returned in accordance with legal requirements. If the withdrawal occurs within the first 14 days from the delivery, you are also entitled to a reimbursement for delivery expenses corresponding to the cheapest available mode of delivery.
