At BloomChic, we believe that our customers should have ample time to decide whether to keep the items they have purchased. Therefore, we have set a maximum return timeline of 45 days from the date of receiving your item(s). Please note that any returns made after 45 days from the date of receiving the item(s) will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn. Final sale items, including bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and hats), cannot be returned.

To make the return process as easy and convenient as possible, we have designed a three-step return process that can be completed entirely online.

Step 1: Identify the items and create a mailing label

Using BloomChic Returns, you can create and print a prepaid return label, making it easy to send your items back to us. To start the return process, click here.

Step 2: Prepare your package

Pack your return securely, preferably in the original package, and include your packing slip (generated via the interactive returns process). Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing, and put the packing slip IN the box.

Step 3: Ship it

When your package is ready, drop it off at your nearest post location.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days, and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive an email to confirm once the return has been completed.
